Standard delivery Germany
The prices given apply to standard delivery, islands are excluded and should be requested. Bulky goods are shipped by a shipping company. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is free curbside, as is usual with freight forwarding. The customer is responsible for disposing of the packaging and pallets.
2-man forwarding company free of charge in Germany
When ordering freight forwarding goods within Germany, you can book delivery to the point of use. Two men deliver your order free of charge, i.e. to the room where the piece of furniture is supposed to be. Unpacking and disposal of the packaging is not included.
Premium delivery Germany
2 man premium delivery and assembly service including packaging return. Please email or call us for this service.
Delivery EU and Switzerland without islands
Here we only offer standard delivery to the curb. Please contact us with your delivery address for an individual shipping offer.
Customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are responsible for all import duties and/or import taxes upon arrival. We organize customs clearance for you.
Returns
Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
If the goods are returned, the forwarding company will arrange a collection date with you by telephone.
Please be sure to use the original packaging so that no further damage occurs during return transport.
We recommend asking us for samples of fabrics or varnishes before ordering.
Transport damage
In the event of damage, our team will be happy to help you. We will take care of your concerns immediately and competently.
If you have reason to complain or complain, we ask you to contact us immediately (within 48 hours) by telephone or email.
In any case, please check immediately upon delivery whether you can notice any damage to the boxes or packaging materials.
